Dr. Jim Giermanski |
- Dr. Jim Giermanski is an expert on international transportation, border logistics and trade matters involving Mexico.
- He has frequently been invited to testify on NAFTA, transportation, and other international business issues before the U.S. Senate and House, the Texas Senate and House, EPA and the U. S. International Trade Commission.
- Dr. Giermanski has provided direct input to the Office of the Secretary of Transportation on international transportation issues.
- He is a former FBI agent and an OSI (Office of Special Investigations) special agent and Colonel for the United States Air Force concentrating in counterintelligence to include clandestine base penetrations.
