International Trade and Security

Dr. Jim Giermanski is an expert on international transportation, border logistics and trade matters involving Mexico.  He has frequently been invited to testify on NAFTA, transportation, and other international business issues before the U.S. Senate and House, the Texas Senate and House, EPA and the U. S. International Trade Commission.  Dr. Giermanski has provided direct input to the Office of the Secretary of Transportation on international transportation issues.  He is a former FBI agent and as an OSI (Office of Special Investigations) special agent and Colonel for the United States Air Force concentrating in counterintelligence to include clandestine base penetrations.

Ed Harrison, Chief Executive Officer

	Recognized as one of the 100 largest privately held South Carolina corporations
	Education: BS in Business Management from Guilford College, 1971. Independent studies at Wharton Business School and the London School of Business
	In 2006 a Presenter on "Container Security" at The International Cargo Security Council in San Francisco and in 2005 at the China Container Security Conference in Beijing

Investigative Intelligence and Security

Mike Harrison has 26 years experience as a Special Agent for the Bureau of Investigation (FBI) stationed in various parts of the U.S.,  dealing primarily with organized crime, foreign counter-intelligence, counter terrorism, and counter industrial espionage.  He brings extensive experience in asset development, crisis management, site surveys, executive protection, SWAT team participation and leadership, and is a former member of the FBI Hostage Rescue Team.  Mike Harrison is the Director of Field Operations for Powers International, Inc. 

Technology

Vincent Van Rooyen, Vice President for Technology

	Original member of the technical development team for the Company's patent
	Extensive background in military logistics as well as an officer in radar development for the South African military
	For the past seven years he has been involved in global satellite communication technology and logistical communications
