International Trade and Security
Dr. Jim Giermanski is an expert on international transportation, border logistics and trade matters involving Mexico. He has frequently been invited to testify on NAFTA, transportation, and other international business issues before the U.S. Senate and House, the Texas Senate and House, EPA and the U. S. International Trade Commission. Dr. Giermanski has provided direct input to the Office of the Secretary of Transportation on international transportation issues. He is a former FBI agent and as an OSI (Office of Special Investigations) special agent and Colonel for the United States Air Force concentrating in counterintelligence to include clandestine base penetrations.

Investigative Intelligence and Security
Mike Harrison has 26 years experience as a Special Agent for the Bureau of Investigation (FBI) stationed in various parts of the U.S., dealing primarily with organized crime, foreign counter-intelligence, counter terrorism, and counter industrial espionage. He brings extensive experience in asset development, crisis management, site surveys, executive protection, SWAT team participation and leadership, and is a former member of the FBI Hostage Rescue Team. Mike Harrison is the Director of Field Operations for Powers International, Inc.
